Rückblick auf die Clubshow vom Richter Ian Willey, England
I would like to thank the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and King Charles Spaniel Club of Switzerland the opportunity to judge at your 2015 Club Show. As soon as I walked into the venue I found a nice atmosphere and a warm welcome.
I started with the males and there was quality in depth in all the classes. My main dog winner was a good specimen of the breed and a true Cavalier. The bitch classes were also full of quality, which made my job very difficult as it was a very close decision in many of the classes. My best bitch was excellent in all departments outstanding quality. In my opinion all the Cavaliers were in very good condition and were a credit to there owners.
The King Charles Spaniels were in fabulous condition and one comment I would like to make is how well they moved. They also were good breed type. I was lucky to have some very nice dogs. My Best of Breed the Ruby was so sound and outstanding Quality.
I did enjoy judging both breeds and was very pleased with my final winners. A big Thankyou to all exhibitors for bringing some lovely dogs for me to judge and the sporting manner in which they accepted my placings. Also Thankyou to all the committee for the running of a splendid show. The committee who I could not do without is first Monica my ring steward who kept the show running like clockwork. Last but not least is the wonderful Josiane who had a very difficult job understanding my English accent. As you all know she is a very reserved lady and extremely quite, you never know she is there. Thanks Josiane your a star.
